POV is a creative development workshop and portfolio review centered on how ideas, perspective, and practice evolve over time. Guided sessions with design and agency leaders, alongside practitioners from across the creative community, invite participants to look more closely at how they articulate their ideas and what shapes their perspective. We&rsquo;re welcoming creatives across experience levels, including those looking to sharpen their perspective, explore new directions, or better understand how their skills and experience can translate across disciplines.Through group discussion, guided reflection, and portfolio feedback, participants will share work, exchange perspectives, and consider new possibilities for their skills, ideas, and creative direction. You do not need a polished portfolio to participate. Bring a full portfolio, a single project, something still in progress, or simply come ready to reflect on your ideas, influences, and direction.
