Private Chef Experience at Home with Chef Ashlie

An in-home cooking class and chef-prepared dinner for four, donated to support Worth Their Weight's mission to find the veterans the system missed.

Spend an evening cooking and dining with one of the biggest names bursting onto the southeastern culinary scene. Chef Ashlie takes locally aquaponic grown produce, meats other handcrafted goods to create dishes, that transports you to a European countryside, with just one bite. Her hands on approach to helping to grow the produce, using only the very best made in Georgia products. Using the best products available and focusing on creating healthy means, you will enjoy a delicious that leaves you feeling fueled and nourished.

Chef Ashlie brings her professional culinary experience to your home for a hands-on cooking class and chef-quality meal for up to four (4) guests. You'll work alongside Chef Ashlie to learn professional techniques, knife skills, and the kind of cooking knowledge most people only ever read about.

When the lesson ends, the meal begins, a customized menu, prepared by Chef Ashlie, tailored to your tastes and built around what you most want to learn.

100% of your winning bid goes to Worth Their Weight, a Chattanooga 501(c)(3) public charity. Chef Ashlie retains none of the proceeds.

Terms & Conditions

• Experience may be scheduled on or after August 1, 2026.
• Experience must be redeemed on or before January 1, 2027.
• Scheduling is subject to Chef Ashlie's availability.
• Major holidays and holiday weekends are excluded.
• Winner must provide a home, rental property, or venue with a clean, safe, and fully functional kitchen suitable for food preparation.
• Menu will be customized in collaboration with the winning bidder.
• Alcoholic beverages are not included and will not be provided.
• Experience is intended for up to four (4) participants.
• Travel outside the greater Chattanooga region may be subject to additional fees, paid by the winner directly to Chef Ashlie.
• Experience is non-transferable without the prior written approval of Chef Ashlie.

Fair market value of the goods and services received: $2,000.00. Pursuant to IRC § 6115, the portion of your winning bid deductible as a charitable contribution is the amount by which your total payment exceeds $2,000.
