Private Tours are a perfect way for friends, families, and organizations to experience the magic of Southern Highlands Reserve together. Private tours are priced at $50 per person with a $500 minimum.

Please arrive no earlier than 9:45 a.m.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">The tour is considered a moderate hike due to Southern Highlands Reserve&#39;s high elevation (4,500 feet) and takes place over varied terrain including mulch, gravel, stairs, bridges, and boardwalks through wooded areas.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">Tours are rain or shine &mdash; please dress accordingly.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">Please do not come if you have a fever or any symptoms of illness. We will reschedule your tour.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">SHR staff or docents will greet you and escort you while in buildings.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">Please stay on trails, roads, turf &mdash; do not enter planting beds.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">SHR is a tobacco-free environment.</li><li fr-original-style="box-sizing:inherit;" style="box-sizing:inherit;">We encourage guests to carpool when possible, as parking is limited.</li><li fr-original-style="">SHR is located on top of Toxaway Mountain at 558 Summit Ridge Rd., Lake Toxaway, NC 28747.
