Unlock the potential of your literacy initiative with a strategic approach to problem-solving!  Session description:  Implementing literacy initiative is a difficult and ever-changing task that requires continual problem-solving and course correction, driven by analysis of systems and infrastructures at the state, district, and school levels. This session will present a problem-solving framework for determining the root of challenges in our literacy initiative and how to address it in a successful way. Change is difficult; however, to change behaviors of educators in educational settings, we must influence not only the environment, but their hearts and minds.
