Services ProvidedThe Service Provider agrees to perform the following services for the Client:<ol><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Background Check and Investigation: The Service Provider will conduct a thorough background check and investigation on the Client. This includes compiling a Background Check Investigation Report, which may be reviewed upon request. The background check will ensure compliance with IRS codes of conduct, identify any significant complaints affecting credibility in the non-profit industry, and highlight any financial red flags that could trigger an audit. If significant red flags are found that could affect the Client's credibility, such as issues that could lead to revoking their 501(c)(3) status, the Client will have seven (7) days to address or fix these issues. If the issues are not resolved, the Service Provider will not be able to provide the endorsement or other services that rely on the Client's credibility.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Guaranteed Nominations: The Service Provider will provide guaranteed nominations for the Client from credible sources. This includes:<ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Elected Official's Office: The Service Provider will nominate the Client to receive a major recognition from an elected official's office relevant to the community the Client serves.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Media Publication: The Service Provider guarantees media publication for the Client within at least one specific news platform within 30 days of the Agreement.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Grant Nomination: The Service Provider will nominate the Client for a major grant from a credible retailer or company after the Client has paid $500. The Service Provider will use their best efforts to secure the nomination, but cannot guarantee that the Client will receive the grant.</li></ul></li></ol>2. Payment TermsBy making a payment using your credit card information or any payment device, you expressly agree to the terms of this contract. Your payment being marked as completed serves as conclusive evidence of your agreement to all contract terms. You further acknowledge and agree that your digital signature, including any typed or electronically entered name, carries the same legal weight and authority as a traditional wet ink signature. This agreement becomes legally binding upon payment completion and digital signature submission, affirming your commitment to the obligations herein. Timeline and CompletionThe Service Provider agrees to complete over 50% of the services within 30 days of signing this Agreement. The entire Agreement and all services therein should be completed within 60 days after payment is marked as completed. The deadline for completion of all services is 60 days from the date the payment is received. 5. DisclaimersThe Service Provider cannot guarantee that the Client will receive the major grant from the nominated retailer or company. The Service Provider will provide receipts of all nominations made, including those to elected officials' offices, media platforms, and grant applications, as proof of service fulfillment. 6. Termination ClauseThis Agreement may be terminated by mutual agreement in writing. If the Client fails to address significant red flags within the two-week period, the Service Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without refund. If the Service Provider fails to complete the agreed services within the stated timeline, the Client may seek a partial refund or credit for future services at the discretion of the Service Provider. 7. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas], without regard to its conflict of law principles. 8.
