Saturday Program - Girl

Alhamdulillah, through the grace of Allah, we have a beautiful program ahead. Through the unique and specialized backgrounds of our speakers, we will be discussing the importance of our physical health through diet and exercise, and how that impacts us both spiritually and psychologically. We will examine topics such as Prophetic nutrition and how what we eat contributes to our spiritual well-being, the gut–brain axis which will highlight how what we eat impacts how we think, and the relationship between consumption and the nafs. Note: Dinner will be served Friday, and lunch on Saturday.
