Puppy Yoga brings together gentle movement, guided relaxation, and plenty of puppy cuddles&mdash;all while raising funds for The Milk Drunk Foundation. Our class is open to all ages and experience levels. We have a limited number of yoga mats available, but if you have your own, please bring it along! The event includes a 45-minute yoga session surrounded by puppies, followed by 15 minutes of dedicated puppy cuddle time. All puppies in attendance are available for adoption, so you might just meet your new best friend!
