This month's event, Pushups & Perspectives, is a special edition of our monthly series where we're putting the physical and mental health conversation in the same room. We're bringing in Kunal Makwana, founder of KMAK Fitness (and our most recent Guys N' Chai guest), along with some of his team, to talk about the real connections between how we train our bodies and how we take care of our minds. This is a free event open to ALL.
