Not surface-level discussion, but a safe and thoughtful exchange about what&rsquo;s working, what&rsquo;s not, and how churches can better support those navigating mental health challenges.&nbsp; As a ministry that walks alongside churches, we don&rsquo;t want to speak into mental health conversations without listening carefully to the professionals serving individuals every day. We&rsquo;ll still make space to hear from you! We want to hear about anything you&rsquo;ve been thinking about, experiencing, or feel is important to add to the conversation. We don&rsquo;t want to lose that part of our time together. And we also want to use this gathering to build together. We&rsquo;ll spend time: &nbsp;Helping shape the questions for an upcoming mental health panel, where our congregation will have the opportunity to ask therapists their questions. Brainstorming and beginning to develop practical resources we can bring directly to churches, such as a Mental Health 101 for Church Leaders and a Mental Health Ministry Starter Guide. Thinking together about what churches actually need to better walk alongside those struggling with their mental health.Our hope is that these conversations don&#39;t just stay around the table.&nbsp; We want to take what we hear from therapists and turn it into practical tools that can help churches!
