The sadness I felt over the flood affecting Hunt, Kerrville and Camp Mystic weighs heavily on my heart. My daughters have grown up along the Guadalupe, blessed by the experiences they&#39;ve had at Camp Waldemar, where friendships were forged and memories made under the Cyprus trees.&nbsp; Camp Mystic and Camp Waldemar are forever intertwined in my mind. @carolinefev said it best &quot;when a Waldemar girl meets another Waldermar girl they share a special secret; but when a Waldemar girl meets a Mystic girl, they share a special existence.&quot; For that very reason, I felt compelled to aid the relief efforts and to honor, preserve and protect this shared experience that makes Waldemar and Mystic such a haven of love deep in the hills of Hunt, Texas.&nbsp; With the raffle organizational help of my friend, Cindy, a former Mystic camper whose daughter is a 3rd generation Mystic girl, I am donating two solid gold pendants to be raffled and there will be one winner for the Mystic pendant and one winner for the Waldemar Pendant. &nbsp;We will be donating 100 % of the proceeds to the Hunt Flood Relief Fund specifically helping the families affected.&nbsp; The Mystic pendant was designed to represent Mystic&rsquo;s core values with the hill country and cross at its center. It is valued at $2400. The Waldemar pendant was designed to commemorate Camp Waldemar&rsquo;s centennial year with a canoe in the middle of cypress trees that many campers know so well. It also includes just under one carat of diamonds. This pendant is valued at $3900.
