Rail on the River Music Festival 2025: Tickets


Weekend Pass Regular Price

RAIL ON THE RIVER Weekend Pass. Thursday June 26 through Sunday June 29, 2025. Includes MUSIC, ACTIVITIES, and TENT camping with free parking by the silo a one-minute walk from the main camping area. IMPORTANT: If you intend to camp in an RV, trailer, or your passenger vehicle, you must buy a vehicle, small RV, or large RV pass (see below).
Day Pass: THURSDAY Only

THURSDAY (6/26) Evening Only. Admission from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Camping is not available with day passes. You'll be parked in a separate lot that must be cleared by 10:30pm. If you want to stay late/overnight, get a weekend pass.

FRIDAY (6/27) Day-Only Pass. Admission from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Camping is not available with day passes. You'll be parked in a separate lot that must be cleared by 10:30pm. If you want to stay late/overnight, get a weekend pass.

PASSENGER VEHICLE (≤ 17 ft) Camping Pass LIMITED AVAIL.

This is for weekend-pass holders who plan to sleep in their passenger vehicle (any car, pickup truck, SUV, or van 17 ft or less) within the camping areas. **RVs, camper trailers, teardrops, buses, and sprinter vans OR any vehicles > 17 ft are not eligible for this pass** A window sticker will be issued and required. Must also purchase a weekend festival pass. Please note, for tent campers, there is FREE parking by the silo a one minute walk from the main camping area.
SMALL RV/Trailer Pass (18 - 21 ft) LIMITED AVAILABILITY
$100
Small RV (18 - 21 ft) Pass. Thursday June 26 through Sunday June 29, 2025. This is for small RVs, camper trailers, teardrops, and oversized vans, sprinters, or pickup trucks between 17 and 21 ft. Weekend festival pass also required for all persons staying on site. PLEASE NOTE: If you are dragging your RV/trailer, the towing vehicle must be parked in the lot away from the camping area. Small RVs are considered “boondocks.” No sewer hookup or dump on-site. Water available on a shared basis. Electricity may be available but is shared and not guaranteed. Plan not to run AC. 30-amp style plug-ins - bring a splitter and an extension cable. Due to limited space, RVs are parked by fit, not by who gets there first. Generators are not permitted. No re-entry allowed for RVs.
LARGE RV Pass (> 21 -38 ft) LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Large RV (> 21 to 38 ft) Pass. Thursday June 26 through Sunday June 29, 2025. Weekend festival pass also required for all persons staying on site. PLEASE NOTE: No sewer hookup or dump on-site. Water available on a shared basis. Electricity may be available but is shared and not guaranteed. Plan not to run AC. 30-amp style plug-ins - bring a splitter and an extension cable. Due to limited space, RVs are parked by fit, not by who gets there first. Generators are not permitted in the camping area. No re-entry allowed for RVs

Band Contest

Sponsor an artist or musician - half scholarship

Pay for half a Weekend Pass for a musician who can't afford to come. To purchase a full ticket, add 2 to the cart. If you wish to sponsor someone in particular, email [email protected] after checking out, and give us their name and contact info. To sponsor someone in particular, you will need to purchase 2 to cover their entire ticket.
TeePee
$600
Very Rustic Teepee (tm) Old, unique, mostly dry & yours for the weekend! They have electricity, a little refrigerator, coffee maker, bed(s) with mattress(es) sheets, blankets, pillows. Leave the tent at home! You also need a weekend ticket to attend. This is just for the teepee. Please do not consider these to be "secure" and this is not a hotel experience! The number of these available is VERY limited. When they are gone, they are gone!
