It was only the place where reclaiming began. You do not need a professional title to care about what happens next. Parents, partners, neighbors, survivors, students, nonprofit leaders, and professionals all have a place in this room. February 10–11, 2027 | Beachside Church | Fort Walton Beach, Florida Our previous conferences created space for healing, education, empowerment, and restoring power. That work remains part of our foundation—but RECLAIM is not a repetition of what we have already done. This year, we are asking a different question: How do we reclaim what violence, trauma, fragmented systems, and prolonged survival have taken—and what do we build once we do? How do we reclaim health from survival mode? Rest from hypervigilance? Voice from silence? Financial stability from coercion? Trust from institutions that have caused harm or failed to respond? Community from disconnected services and broken handoffs? RECLAIM moves beyond awareness alone. It connects what happens within a person to what must change around them. DAY ONE: RECLAIMING SELF The brain, body, health, rest, identity, voice, choice, and agency. Selected confirmed sessions include: • How the Brain Learns Safety Again — Sanne van Rooij • Reclaiming Health After Survival Mode — Ida-Arlaine Fonkoue • Reclaiming Rest After Survival — Brad Schmidt DAY TWO: BUILDING WHAT COMES NEXT Justice, organizational safety, technology, economic stability, coordinated response, and what Northwest Florida must build next. Confirmed contributors include Debra Holbrook and Commander Jordan Satinsky, with additional interdisciplinary and community voices to be announced. Attendees can expect main-stage learning, interdisciplinary panels, facilitated working sessions, practical resources, restorative experiences, community connection, and a curated marketplace. This is not a conference built around passive listening, repeated talking points, or asking survivors to carry the full responsibility for recovery. We are gathering people prepared not only to understand what is missing—but to help create what comes next. Registration opens October 1, 2026. Early pricing ends November 30, 2026. Attendance is limited to 120. This Program Preview introduces the conference direction and selected confirmed speakers. It is not the complete agenda. A public Agenda at a Glance will follow final speaker selections.
