Can a conservatism in the spirit of Russell Kirk answer these challenges? Can American constitutionalism be reinvigorated? Can a renewal of moral imagination and historical consciousness recover the roots of order&mdash;within the soul and within the Republic? To explore these questions, the Russell Kirk Center will convene a one-day public conference on September 26, 2026, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Bringing together a dozen engaging scholars, the conference will examine key pillars of the American order&mdash;and consider how they might be conserved and strengthened in our time.&nbsp; Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. Lunch is included with registration, as well as the closing Book Party wine &amp; cheese reception at 5:00.
