A leader&#39;s influence does not stop with the people they directly lead. Great leaders develop people who influence others, unlock potential, create capacity, and expand what becomes possible throughout an organization.&nbsp; But multiplication is not automatically positive. Leaders multiply what they model&mdash;their habits, beliefs, priorities, and ways of engaging with people.
