The goal of THRIVE is to maintain and increase member retention through programs focused on the non-musical needs of the chapters.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">As part of the THRIVE program, Region 12 is excited to launch a series of Educational Workshops beginning in early 2026, designed to support learning, leadership and chapter success.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Workshops will be open to all Region 21 members.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Workshops will be help via Live Zoom webinars.
