Registration for Rosewood Show

Friends of Rosewood welcomes you to the fabled city of Agrabah! Join the magic of Aladdin JR.&nbsp;and give your student a chance to shine on stage (or behind the scenes if they so choose). This production is open to Rosewood students enrolled in Grades 1-5 and is supported by Friends of Rosewood&rsquo;s parent volunteers. 🎭 Use this form to register your student for the show and share important contact info with the production team as well as the best way for us to reach you. Students will be expected to attend rehearsals every week on Mondays, except for holidays/school closures, as well as the assigned rehearsal days during tech week and our show day.&nbsp; Your registration gives you access to the production materials, music, lyrics and script, and includes a cast T-shirt. Register today and give your child the chance to learn new music and choreography, learn to work as a team, play theater games and develop theater skills, and build self confidence. Students joining the cast will be asked to prepare 1 song and scene from the audition packet (sent to families after registration), while those working behind the scenes can learn the show as a stagehand, helping with props and assist with running lines and/or helping to build and move sets.

We are NOT expecting professional auditions, but just want to see that a kid is giving it their best effort. ALSO PLEASE NOTE: For our audition and rehearsal dates, please send your children to school with an extra snack and a water bottle so they stay nourished. The children get very hungry after school and snacks help keep up their stamina!
