In this class, you&rsquo;ll learn the history of Reiki, how to channel these energies, and foundational techniques to use on yourself and loved ones (including pets), your home and any current goals in your life. The focus is on empowering you to head home blissed with energy and with direct and easy ways to channel this Universal Flow into your daily life. Taught in a welcoming, inclusive setting at Unity of Santa Barbara, you&rsquo;ll explore Reiki as a pathway to deepen your connection with Spirit and to hold compassionate healing and uplifting presence for yourself and others.
