As entrepreneurs, we often carry more than just business goals into a new year&mdash; we carry stress, grief, unmet expectations, burnout, and survival habits from the year before. Releasing Last Year&rsquo;s Weight is a restorative Grind &amp; Growth workshop designed to help entrepreneurs pause, reflect, and intentionally step into the year ahead with clarity and grounding. This session will be led by Kavanah Life Counseling, facilitated by Arthalia Weekes, a therapist, author, and mental health educator known for her compassionate, &ldquo;whole-listic&rdquo; approach to healing. Arthalia believes that intentional thought work can transform how we feel, how we act, and how we move through the world&mdash; including our businesses. Through guided grounding practices, reflective conversation, and intentional visioning, participants will be supported in releasing what no longer serves them and preparing mentally, emotionally, and spiritually for the year ahead. The workshop will also include a hands-on visioning activity (vision board or guided visualization) to help participants align their goals with their values, capacity, and overall well-being.
