Resilient Teens Summit 2026 Real Life. Real Connection. Helping Teens Thrive Beyond the Screen.Today&#39;s teens are navigating a world unlike any generation before them. Social media, smartphones, online relationships, constant notifications, and digital pressures are shaping their mental health, friendships, sleep, confidence, and decision-making every day. The Resilient Teens Summit 2026 is a one-day experience designed to help teens and the adults who care about them build the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to thrive in today&#39;s digital world. Throughout the day, middle and high school students (grades 6&ndash;12) will participate in engaging, interactive sessions led by mental health professionals, educators, law enforcement, and peer leaders. They&#39;ll explore topics including:<ul fr-original-style="text-align: start;" style="text-align: start; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Online safety and digital awareness</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Healthy relationships and self-esteem</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Decision-making and resilience</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Financial literacy and real-world life skills</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Honest conversations with peers facing the same challenges</li></ul>At the same time, parents, caregivers, educators, coaches, mentors, and other trusted adults will attend a dedicated Ally Track, offering practical tools to better understand today&#39;s digital landscape and strengthen relationships with the teens in their lives.
