Each vendor will receive a 10' x 10' space. Vendors must provide their own 10' x 10' tent, table, and chairs. Tables, chairs, and electricity will not be provided.

Vendor Setup: Begins at 6:00 AM
Setup Deadline: All vendors must be ready by 7:30 AM
Event Hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Vendors must remain set up through 2:00 PM.

We encourage vendors to bring promotional materials, giveaways, and information about their business. Since this is a Halloween event, feel free to decorate your booth, dress in costume, and bring candy for children to trick-or-treat at your table! 🎃🍬

🚚 Food Truck Information

Thank you for joining us for the Responders First 5K & Family Fun Day on Saturday, October 31!

Food Truck Setup: Begins at 6:00 AM
Setup Deadline: All food trucks must be ready by 7:30 AM
Event Hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Food trucks must remain on-site through 2:00 PM.

Electricity will NOT be provided. All food trucks requiring power must bring their own generator and necessary equipment.

Since this is a Halloween event, we encourage you to decorate your truck, dress in costume, and bring candy for children to trick-or-treat! 🎃🍬
