Rest &amp; Restore Yoga Nidra:&nbsp;Gentle Movement &bull; Guided Rest &bull; Nervous System Support Rest &amp; Restore offers a gentle space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body 🧘&zwj;♀️. Guided by trauma‑sensitive practices, this session supports survivors and community members who want calm, grounding movement. By registering, you&rsquo;re stepping into Hesed Place&rsquo;s mission of kindness, holistic trauma healing, and community care.&nbsp; Come as you are, move at your own pace, and leave with simple practices you can carry into everyday life 🌿. Take time to slow down, breathe, and reconnect in a supportive and predictable environment designed to promote healing, safety, and balance. Through mindful movement, breathing exercises, and Yoga Nidra (guided rest), participants are encouraged to:&bull; Soothe the nervous system&bull; Ease the body&rsquo;s stress response&bull; Support self-regulation and grounding&bull; Experience deeper calm and restorative rest&bull; Reconnect with the body in a safe, gentle way No yoga experience needed. &nbsp;Mat &amp; blanket provided.&nbsp; Just a willingness to slow down, breathe, and explore gentle practices that support healing, balance, and connection.
