Restorative Yoga+ means there’s more than just postures. We’ll explore slow, steady breathing, meditation, and guided relaxation to settle your nervous system and (re)introduce yourself to quiet and ease. Each class begins with taking a few moments to arrive and notice how you’re feeling. From there, you’ll be guided into gently supported postures, held for several minutes, using bolsters, blankets, and other props so your body can fully release. We’ll practice simple breathing techniques that help your body shift out of “achievement” and into rest. No flexibility, experience, or special clothing is needed. Every pose can be adjusted to your comfort, and you’re always welcome to rest in whatever way feels best. If you’re carrying stress, tension, or simply a full schedule, this space allows you to set it down for a while. What to expect: Gentle, supported postures with props providedSlow, steady breathing practicesMeditation and guided relaxationA calm, unhurried pace Facilitated by Raquel Bueno
