GIVEN Enterprises and P.E.T.A.L.S. Women’s Organization present Part 2 of a 3 Part Wellness Event Series

Life can become so busy that stress, exhaustion, and emotional overload start to feel normal. Fall Retreat: Restore • Renew • Revive was created as an intentional faith centered wellness experience where guests can step away from everyday demands and make room for rest, reflection, renewal, and connection with God.

This experience is designed to help you slow down, pour back into yourself, and become more intentional about your mental, emotional, spiritual, and personal wellness.

Why This Matters

Women often carry multiple responsibilities at once while neglecting their own need for rest and renewal. Recent wellness data continues to show high levels of stress and insufficient rest among adults, making intentional spaces for reflection, community, and spiritual renewal more important than ever.

What To Expect

Guests will experience:

• Inspiring speakers focused on faith, wellness, restoration, and personal growth

• A Scripture Soaking Sound Bath designed to create a peaceful atmosphere for reflection and stillness

• Prayer and intentional time with the Lord

• Wellness reflection to help identify areas that may need rest, boundaries, healing, or renewed focus

• Food and fellowship in a welcoming and peaceful environment

• Vendors offering products, services, and resources that support wellness and everyday life
