TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RAFFLE

1. The purchase price for each raffle ticket is $20.00, cash or credit/debit card only. There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase. No refunds shall be given for purchased tickets.

2. The Winner will be determined by random drawing. The drawing will take place on November 22, 2026 at approximately 1:30 PM EST, at Resurrection Parish, 1211 Winter Garden Vineland Road,

Winter Garden, Fl. The winner doesn't have to be present. The winner will be notified by telephone.

3. The winner of the first prize (2026 Toyota Corolla) acknowledges that they shall be responsible for all associated expenses, including but not limited to, licensing, registration, title, license plate, dealer preparation, shipping and all other related fees, local, state and federal taxes, inclusive of any applicable sales, use, luxury, income or special taxes. Resurrection Parish specifically disclaims all

expressed or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding the (2026 Toyota Corolla). Winner acknowledges that the sole and exclusive remedy for said claims must be pursued by winner directly with the Manufacturer. The car will be delivered in the condition as-is.

4. The winners of the first prize (2026 Toyota Corolla), the second prize (iPhone 17), the third prize (Smart TV 85), the fourth prize ($600) and the fifth prize ($300) acknowledge that Resurrection Parish shall have no financial obligation or responsibility regarding retrieval or delivery of the prizes. The winners shall be responsible for arranging the retrieval and delivery of those prizes.

5. The winners of the first prize (2026 Toyota Corolla), the second prize (iPhone 17), the third prize (Smart TV 85), the fourth prize ($600) and the fifth prize ($300) must claim or make suitable arrangements to take delivery of the prize within 30 business days of notice that he or she has won.

If the prize is not claimed within that time frame, the winner acknowledges that the prize will be forfeited.

WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE TERMS HEREIN SHALL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE PRIZE. WINNER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT NO REFUND SHALL BE GIVEN IN THE EVENT OF A FORFEITURE PURSUANT TO THE TERMS HEREIN.
