Rise &amp; Swim: The Brain + Body Performance Program Our Promise: Give us three mornings a week, and we&#39;ll give you back a happier, more focused kid &mdash; ready for their day before it even starts. Headwater Athletics pairs performance swimming with a few focused minutes on deck to set the tone for the day. Better focus. Calmer regulation. Easier friendships. And for many kids, a real boost in grades. We go beyond the laps. We build the skills kids need to thrive &mdash; in the pool, in the classroom, and everywhere in between. The Headwater Daily Flow Every 45-minute session follows a structured, predictable routine to prime the brain for the day ahead:&nbsp;<ul fr-original-style="text-align: start;" style="text-align: start; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" id="isPasted" style="box-sizing: inherit;">First 15 minutes of Focus Activities. A morning ritual of games and challenges that help kids set an intention for the day, find a moment of gratitude, and build the focus and organization they&#39;ll carry with them, before the swim even begins.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Next 30 minutes in the Pool.&nbsp;Coached Swim Session. Led by Coach Skyler, a fun and engaging session designed to set kids up for success &mdash; building skill, endurance, and teamwork.</li></ul>Our Commitment to Quality:<ul fr-original-style="text-align: start;" style="text-align: start; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Small-Group Coaching: Kids train in small groups within a calm, focused environment &mdash; never lost in the crowd.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Heart-Led Coaching: Every coach we hire is chosen for one thing above all: they see kids. Your child gets noticed &mdash; what motivates them, what they&#39;re proud of &mdash; and practice is built around it.
