I have been a big fan of Rita and her pals and we are so glad to have them join us for a show.  With award-winning music spanning 9 albums and 20 years of touring, this country-folk troubadour is a heavy hitter in the Northern California songwriting scene. Rita's style of country-folk has been lauded for story and sense of place, and her performances praised with capturing the audience. She hails from Hatchet Mountain -- a mountain between Montgomery Creek and Burney, CA. A descendant of Cornish miners who sang in the mines of Cornwall and Grass Valley, CA, Rita grew up with deep regard for folk music and the power of the voice.

Feel free to bring a seat cushion if you want a little padding. If you like to dance here is plenty of room to dance and kick up some dust on the sides and in the back of the hall. The kitchen is not available for use. Please remove any items brought in.  Please be considerate. Concerts are held in an intimate setting, where audiences and musicians share in the joy of live music. Please be respectful and keep conversations low and short, and leave pets at home. Young children are welcome if quiet and accompanied by an adult. There is plenty of room to dance if you like on the sides and in the back of the hall. Street parking. There is no parking lot for the center, but there are usually street parking available.
