I never had a say - Six week October group

Room to Be HeardA Group for Estranged Sons and DaughtersFamily estrangement is complicated, and adult sons and daughters deserve a place to talk about their experiences without being told what they should feel, pressured to reconcile, or asked to defend the decisions they have made. Room to Be Heard is a supportive group for adult sons and daughters who are estranged, distant, or struggling in their relationships with their parents. This group provides space to talk honestly about what happened, what led to the distance, what you are carrying now, and what you want your relationships and your life to look like moving forward. We will explore boundaries, family patterns, communication, grief, anger, identity, accountability, and the complicated questions that can come with estrangement, including whether repair or reconciliation is something you want to consider. There is no expectation that you reconnect with a parent, and there is no expectation that you remain estranged. The purpose is not to choose a side. It is to give you room to be heard, room to understand your own experience, and room to decide what comes next. This group will run for 6 weeks.
