Yet &nbsp;modern life often asks us to remain in a constant rhythm of doing and giving, even when our bodies may be needing something different. Inspired by the harmony of the seasons, we&rsquo;ll explore qualities that mirror the seasons - winter, spring, summer, and autumn - and have the opportunity to develop greater awareness of what season our bodies may be.
