Immigration is not a single event&mdash;it is a continuum of experiences that may include trauma before, during, and after migration, compounded by ongoing discrimination, language barriers, complex systems, and legal uncertainty. This training equips helping professionals with practical approaches that integrate cultural responsiveness and trauma-informed care as inseparable foundations for effective practice. Participants will learn to center cultural humility, relational awareness, and trauma-informed principles in their daily work and organizational environments, offering care that honors each person&#39;s dignity, strengths, culture, and voice.
