Hey NYC! &nbsp;What if closing out Climate Week looked like slowing down, stepping outside, and reconnecting with yourself? Join Faithfully Sustainable &times; Harlem Brain for Rooted in Motion, an all-women&rsquo;s outdoor Tai Chi experience at Harlem Meer in Central Park. Surrounded by one of Harlem&rsquo;s beautiful green spaces, we&rsquo;ll take a break from the pace of the city for an afternoon centered on intentional movement, mindfulness, nature, and community. Together, we&rsquo;ll move through gentle warm-ups, guided Tai Chi, breathing and meditation, followed by a moment to reflect, connect, and simply enjoy being outdoors together. This gathering is about more than movement. As Climate Week NYC comes to a close, we&rsquo;re bringing the conversation about sustainability closer to home, because caring for our environment also means creating communities where we have access to green space, wellness, rest, and connection. Never tried Tai Chi before? That&rsquo;s completely okay! This experience is beginner-friendly, and no prior experience is needed. Come as you are, bring your mat, and spend an afternoon moving, breathing, and reconnecting with yourself and the community around you.
