Rumpke Recycling &amp; Resource Center Tour Instructions We look forward to seeing you. Please take a moment to read the importantinformation below. If you are driving to the facility, there is ample guest parking in front of the building.Be aware that as an active plant, there will likely be substantial truck traffic near thedriveway while entering or exiting. Take extra care in this area.When you arrive, please tell the receptionist you are with the tour group and sign in. Yourrepresentative will come to meet you.Busses should drop off guests using the front loop. Once unloaded, busses may wait on theconcrete alongside the front parking lot curb.What to Wear:&bull; Please dress casually and comfortably.&bull; Please note that temperatures may vary in the plant depending on the time of year.&bull; For your safety, please wear sturdy closed-toe shoes with backs (no sandals, flip-flopsor heels).Possible Health Concerns:&bull; The tour involves some walking and the use of stairs.&bull; The recycling facility can be prone to dust and loud noise.&bull; The recycling facility also contains several large magnets and electromagnets.&bull; Before you arrive, please let us know if you or any member of your group will needspecial accommodations.Safety First:You will be provided with safety gear as needed before heading into the plant.Photos &amp; Video:You are welcome to take photos and video. Because we use reflective material on our safetygear, you will get better photos if you turn off your flash. Thank you for supporting our mission, your support is invaluable.
