Our Running Program by DFAP Drop In Sessions gives you flexible access to coached runs that support cardio strength, confidence, and overall fitness alongside our aquatic mission. 🏃&zwj;♀️🌊 Whether you&rsquo;re new to running or building on your routine, you&rsquo;ll find a welcoming space that respects all paces and abilities. Register here to reserve your spot, stay informed about session details, and help us plan safe, supportive workouts. $10 per drop in If for any reason a Monday or Wednesday practice is cancelled, the make-up day will be Thursday of that same week.
