It&rsquo;s a perfect time to explore next steps and learn how SAC can support your young adult during this important transition. During the event, you&rsquo;ll hear about the goals of SAC, &nbsp;program overview, the application process, and how participants can build confidence, communication skills, and independence through this unique, individualized transition program. We&rsquo;ll also cover what participation looks like, eligibility, and how to get involved. There will be time for questions, so whether you&rsquo;re new to SAC or planning ahead for graduation, this is a great opportunity to connect and gather helpful information.
