Cars can start arriving at 5:15pmNO CARS WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER 5:50pmEvent Starts at 6:00pmParty from 7:00pm-8:30pm Help make this year&#39;s HASA Trunk or Treat a success by signing up to host a decorated trunk, table with candy or a candy donation!&nbsp; Costumes encouraged!&nbsp;Prizes will be awarded for the following categories:1.
