This year&#39;s theme is &quot;Cigars and Stardust- Old Vegas Glamour.&quot; Contestants of all genders and presentations will compete with one another where one winner will be crowned. Competition categories are Themed Presentation, Formal Wear, Question and Answer, and Talent.&nbsp;
