Join Shakti Yoga at Opus 40 for a truly special yoga experience! Begin your weekend rooted in stillness, where ancient stone meets open sky, and the quiet strength of Opus 40 rises around you. Let the presence of Overlook Mountain watch over your practice, as you breathe, stretch, and awaken to the day. These special outdoor sessions meet every Saturday from May 16 to Sept 5 with a rotating set of amazing instructors from Shakti Yoga guiding the practice. Participation Fee: $20 in Advance$25 at the Door Saturday Classes Gates Open: 9:15am**Class Begins: 9:30am Sunset Sessions - 2nd Thursday's all Summer Once a month we'll be offering a special evening practice, on the 2nd Thursday of June, July, and August. Stay tuned for special ticketing links for these offerings. Gates Open: 6:15pm**Class Begins: 6:30pm **Please give yourself ample time to check in and walk from the parking area to the practice location - Approx 5-7mins** Please bring your mat, a towel, and a water bottle. (A limited number of mats will be available for those who need.) Your session fee also includes entry to Opus 40 for the remainder of the day. Opus 40 is open rain or shine, except in the event of severe weather. As this is an outdoor class, bring what you'll need to be comfortable and expect that your mat may take a bit of the mountain home with you.
