The Newton Arboretum invites you to experience SCARY on the PRAIRIE 😱🎃😱!!! Prairie Madness was a real condition experienced by early settlers. The tall prairie grasses created feelings of isolation and claustrophobia which often led to fits of madness. Many got lost and died in the prairie . . . or did they? Dark tales of spirits, monsters, and ghouls preying on settlers began to emerge. Was there something else out there? Hidden in the grasses? Waiting in the dark? Put your terror threshold to the test. Can you survive the prairie after the sun sets? Groups of 4 or less - NO EXCEPTIONSWe recommend 10yrs+ to attend (parental discretion)Signed waivers are REQUIRED*(Minors must submit a waiver signed by their legal guardian/responsible adult)Ticket sales for TIMED ENTRIES We hope you make it. 😁 *This project was funded in part by a grant from the City of Newton Hotel-Motel Tourism Grant Program.
