Join Bellingham SeaFeast for an afternoon celebrating the best of Pacific Northwest shellfish at the Seafood Shell-ebration&mdash;a seafood tasting experience featuring local oysters, mussels, clams, and more at B-Town Kitchen &amp; Raw Bar. Drop in, dive in, and have some fun! This is a come-and-go event, so float on in any time during the event. Guests will enjoy curated tastings including oyster stew, mussel green curry, sushi bites, and grilled oysters, alongside two glasses of wine and local beer from Aslan Brewing. At the&nbsp;raw bar, you&#39;ll sample oysters from different local shellfish farms, each with its own distinct flavor profile shaped by the waters they&#39;re grown in. And the fun doesn&#39;t stop there! We&#39;ll be giving away door prizes and surprise giveaways throughout the evening, so stick around, you might just shell-ebrate going home with something extra. Along the way, meet the farmers behind the shellfish at Penn Cove Shellfish, Skagit Shellfish, Swinomish Shellfish and Drayton Harbor Oyster Farm, learn about local aquaculture, and experience the connection between clean water, sustainable seafood, and thriving coastal communities. This is a fundraiser for Bellingham SeaFeast, a 501(c)(3) arts and culture nonprofit dedicated to building community around the working waterfront, sustainable seafood, maritime culture, and ocean conservation. We strive to provide free and low-cost programming that connects people to our shared vision of clean water, healthy marine ecosystems, and a thriving working waterfront&mdash;for a Pacific Northwest where we can all enjoy the bounty of the ocean.
