Most of us already know many of the things we "should" be doing to take care of ourselves. The harder part is actually making those changes stick when life gets busy, motivation fades, or perfectionism and self-criticism get in the way. Join Bri Mesenbring for a special three-hour Self-Care Sunday experience designed to help you step away from the all-or-nothing approach to self-care and begin creating change that feels realistic, meaningful, and sustainable. Through guided meditation, journaling, reflection, and interactive exercises, you'll explore the difference between where you are today and the person you want to become. You'll choose one area of your life you would like to focus on, identify a belief that may be holding you back, and practice reframing it into something that better supports where you are going. You'll also create your own mantra card to take home while exploring the role that self-compassion, mindfulness, and self-kindness can play when setbacks inevitably happen. This workshop is designed to be both meaningful and enjoyable, with time for reflection, creativity, music, tea, and connection. You don't need to arrive with everything figured out or leave with an entirely new life plan. Instead, you'll leave with a clearer understanding of what matters to you, one area you're ready to work on, and practical tools for moving forward without requiring perfection from yourself.
