Shawn is certified in Krav Maga and holds a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, bringing years of hands-on experience, discipline, and practical self-protection knowledge to the group. What you will learn:&bull; Basic Self-Defense techniques for real life situations&nbsp;&bull; How to recognize your surroundings&bull; How to spot potential red flags&bull; Simple ways to avoid becoming an easy target Led with care, not fear ❤️ Class size is limited to 20 people to keep things calm, respectful, and comfortable.
