Join us for Self-Defense with Angie VanHeel 🛡️Angie Van Heel has been teaching self defense since 2004. Angie&#39;s passion is to empower people to live courageously and handle conflict with ease. Angie is an accomplished martial artist, however after several years and several different martial arts, Angie recognized that the martial arts were insufficient for all around self defense.
