An older woman waiting on a bench,  unravels a kaleidoscope of little mysteries, romance, kinds of kindness, bee stings, and why her daughter Grace is so late to pick her up. Directed by Isaac Byrne Ellen David (performer) is the proud recipient of the 2006 NY Innovative Award for Outstanding Actress in a Lead Role for To Nineveh  by Bekah Brunstetter. After studying at Guildhall in London, she moved to Israel where she appeared on National Television, toured with the English Theater of Tel Aviv, portrayed Pilate’s Wife in Norman Jewison’s film Jesus Christ Superstar, and dubbed numerous international films. Back in New York, she was a founding member of the sketch comedy group, Rubber Feet. Regionally she performed at the Cleveland Play House and the Hanna Theater. At the School House Theater, she played Geneva in Redwood Curtain and the fabulous Bunny in Gemini. She had the title role in The Country Girl at Fleetwood Stage where she also performed Love Letters. She has worked in television and film on LAW &amp; ORDER, JUST PECK, and PREGGERS. She is on the Board of JBI International where she records books for the blind and visually impaired.  Joshua Rose (writer) has been telling stories on stage for over two decades. Designing light, scenery, and projections for theatre, opera, and dance. His work has been seen around the country and around the world from intimate downtown basement spaces to world renowned performing arts centers named for assassinated presidents. And then 2020 happened. Suddenly there were no longer other people’s stories to tell and the ones inside his head started clamoring to be told. Since January of 2021 Joshua has written two screenplays, two television pilots, two full length stage plays, and the book/libretto for an opera. His first screenplay Billy and TV pilot iOuroboros have been lauded by numerous film festivals and screenplay competitions Isaac Byrne (director) is a playwright, director, and acting teacher. He has been awarded the New York Innovative Theatre Award for Outstanding Direction twice and productions he has directed have been nominated for a Drama Desk Award, an Off Broadway Alliance award, 29 NYIT awards, and 6 Planet Connection Awards. NYC Credits: Other Mozart (NYIT Outstanding Solo Performance), In Vestments (NYIT Outstanding Premier of a New Play), To Nineveh (NYIT Outstanding Production), Tar Baby (DR2, PS122), 52 Man Pick Up (Ars Nova, Edinburgh Fringe), AMP  (NYIT Nominated for Outstanding Performance Art), I Used to Write on Walls, and Rusalka. His work as a playwright has been produced in NYC, Albuquerque, and Phoenix, and he has been published in the Smith &amp; Kraus collections of Best Men’s and Best Women’s Stage Monologue collections in 2024 and 2025.
