Surrounded by open fields, fresh air, and the peaceful rhythm of nature, this class offers a slow and mindful yoga practice designed to stretch the body, calm the mind, and reconnect you with the present moment. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a relaxing, restorative experience. Led by Lauren Theis. Lauren is the Director of Education at the Raritan Headwaters Association in Gladstone, NJ. She began her environmental career at Cook College (now the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences) at Rutgers University. &nbsp;After graduating with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biological Sciences in 2007, she spent a year-long term of service as an Americorps NJ Watershed Ambassador, where she worked with the community through volunteer and educational events. May 22,2026 9am-10amBring a water bottle and a yoga mat.&nbsp;Wear comfortably clothing.&nbsp;
