Come sew, learn and make a difference!Join us for a meaningful one-day FREE sewing class where we create durable, quilted duffel bags for teens (ages 14-18) in the foster system - so they have something better than a trash bag when moving between homes Participants will learn how to construct a quilted bag from start to finish, including creating a quilt sandwich, cutting, installing zippers, adding pockets, and attaching hardware. All skill levels are welcome! Bring your sewing machine and basic tools, plus your own fabric or simply come and use donated material provided. Together, we will aim to complete 5 bags per class/day
