The SFCAG is thrilled to welcome you to our inaugural Holiday Market, hosted at the Faight in the heart of the Haight District! &nbsp;We&#39;re excited to bring this first market opportunity to our members and are committed to creating a vibrant event for all! As a Member, you are encouraged to participate! Reserve your 6&#39; space now! &nbsp; We have space for 20-25 tables, and each table can accommodate up to 2 vendors. &nbsp; The Details:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Load in will be available between 9am and10:30am on Sunday, 11/29.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">All tables must be fully set up by 11am when doors will open to the public, and must remain set up until 4:30pm at the earliest</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Exact spaces will be assigned when we are closer to the event. &nbsp; Any space requests should be submitted to the SFCAG at <a fr-original-style="" href="mailto:info@sfcag.org?subject=Holiday Market" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; -webkit-user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;">info@sfcag.org</a>. &nbsp;Please use the subject line: Holiday Market Space Request</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Participants will be responsible for processing payments on your own; the SFCAG cannot process payments for you.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Participants are responsible for their own table, chairs, displays, etc.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">If you would like to share a table, please have one person reserve the entire space. &nbsp;Let us know in writing that you are sharing and with whom.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Conversely, you may reserve up to 2 table spaces &nbsp;(12&#39;) for a single vendor.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">We will welcome non-member vendors as space is available. &nbsp;Prices will be higher for non-members than members. We&#39;re so excited to share this significant step in the Guild with you! Please remember, your space reservation does not include anything but the space. &nbsp;You will need to provide your own table, chairs, displays etc. &nbsp;If you need us to rent a table and chairs for you, please add that to your order promptly. &nbsp;Rentals need to be finalized a week before our sale on 11/29/26. We do have some limited tables and chairs available for loan with a $20 refundable deposit. &nbsp;Let me know if you would like to reserve one of our tables - but once they are gone, you&#39;ll have to purchase or rent. You will be responsible for all set up and break down, including removing all trash and detritus from your space. &nbsp; You will be responsible for your own payments and any sales tax liability. &nbsp; All set up must be complete before the SFCAG Market opens at 11am. &nbsp;The space will be available from 9am, and we will stagger load-in times to avoid a crush. You may begin breaking down no earlier than 4:30pm, but the Market will remain open until 5pm. All break-down must be complete by 6pm.
