This discussion will highlight the benefits and function of nature in mindfulness and end with a guided mindfulness practice. This event is limited to 20 seats and all ages are welcomed. All shED Talks are held inside the Watershed Welcome Center. Some demonstrations may include optional outdoor experiences (weather permitting). About the Presenter:Meg Krejci comes from a background in Accounting and International Business.  As a result of the stress her career generated, she sought out training in mindfulness through Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program at the Center for Mindfulness – UMass Medical School. For the last 20 years, Meg has been guiding individuals of all ages & organizations in stress reduction strategies through her programs at Masterpeace Studios; a nonprofit organization in St. Louis.
