No matter if you&#39;re an OC native or just swinging by, we are ready to invite you into our ohana- at the Fourth Annual Shine on the Shore Luau!&nbsp; Worcester Youth and Family is inviting you to celebrate the start of summer and to give back to our programs. We work throughout the year to provide safety, security, and mental health care to the residents of Worcester County, and this luau is our way to raise funds for our programs.&nbsp; Eat a select menu of Hawaiian-inspired dishes from the chefs at Sunset Grille and taste a tropical cocktail from the Teasers bar. Wander the poolside and take a stab at one of our cash games...including the infamous Gold Bars! We encourage your Vacation Best, but that can be anything from a grass skirt to a beautiful sundress. We will have a competition for the Best Outfit!&nbsp; What if it rains?&nbsp;We will have a rain date for June 18th from 5-8 PM. This date is rain or shine, but other accommodations will be made in case of bad weather on our rain date.&nbsp; Why don&#39;t I have a physical ticket?&nbsp;We do our best to not waste anything, including paper! By purchasing online, your name or the name of the purchasing person is given to us. All you have to do is come to the front and we will check you off and give you your welcome gifts- no ticket necessary!&nbsp; Are kids invited?&nbsp;We are always glad to see our little friends, as long as a parent or guardian stays with them at all times. We advise that the food isn&#39;t always &quot;kid-friendly&quot;, but the full menu at Sunset Grille includes a good kid&#39;s menu and can be requested by Sunset Grille staff. Teens aged 13+ will be required to have a ticket to go through the buffet line or participate in the games.&nbsp; Can we swim in the pool?Unfortunately, we have been asked to not use the pool as there is no lifeguard during the party. Sorry!&nbsp; What is my additional donation going to?&nbsp;Worcester Youth and Family puts on this party every year just as much as a thank-you for our supporters as a fundraiser. All proceeds from the event, including donations and 50/50 sales, go directly into our programs.
