Mandatory Dues for Returning Members Include: $79.00 Federation Dues, $16.00 Liability Insurance, $9.25 International Dues, $11.35 Northwestern Region Dues, $5.00 SI Albany Club Dues

Each member is installed into a Soroptimist Club with their membership pin, a symbol of their commitment to the mission of Soroptimist. Existing members may also use this fee to replace a missing membership pin.

Each member is asked to wear an official SI Albany club name tag to events, meetings, and conferences. Use this to order replacement name badges.

Each year, Soroptimist clubs make Founders Pennies donations to celebrate the founding of our organization and support its global Dream Programs. Founders Pennies are used to fund the Live Your Dream Awards, Dream It, Be It, and other SIA programs that improve the lives of women and girls in local communities and throughout the world. Founders Pennies represent approximately 7 percent of the total $1.4 million contributed to fund federation programs.

Members can opt to make either a contribution of a flat fee, or choose to bring a raffle basket of $30 value to a Business Meeting. Dollar Grow funds are funds raised to help pay for our Annual Banquet. You might choose this option if you wish to NOT participate in our monthly raffles at the Business Meetings.

The administrative donation helps to offset club expenses like the Post Office Box, the storage unit, postage, fees for tax preparation, nonprofit filings, and supplies. A suggested donation would be $10 per member.
