Who am I? Who are You? What makes us We?
diversIDENTITY will help you explore these questions in a contemporary and intercultural context, matching your stories with those playing the game with you. Crises of identity and challenges to whom we believe ourselves to be abound in today's world. National, ethnic, racial, generational, political and religious, professional and personal identities are both conflicting and mutating in an environment of global exchange, neuroscientific insights, and a revolution in digital communication and artificial intelligence. Identity has been and continues to be both a source of privilege and perpetrator of genocide. Connecting with each other on these questions is key to our well-being now and as an investment in our future humanity.

Croissants in Paris, bike rides in Amsterdam, aperitivos in Italy... but what's it really like to live in Europe?
Before you start comparing visas and apartment listings, join me for a personalized 2-hour intercultural coaching session designed for anyone curious about living in Europe. We'll go beyond the travel experience to explore everyday life across Europe: work culture, social norms, communication styles, community life, and the values that shape European societies. Together, we'll answer two important questions: Is Europe the right fit for me? And if so, where? We'll explore your goals, lifestyle preferences, and expectations to assess how well they align with life in different parts of Europe. If relocation feels like a good match, I'll help identify the countries and regions that may suit you best.
Part practical guide, part cultural deep dive, and part reality check, this conversation will help you see Europe through the eyes of someone who knows both sides of the Atlantic. Perfect for curious travelers, aspiring expats, and anyone wondering whether the European dream is right for them.
(The winning bidder will receive a personalized 2-hour coaching session delivered virtually via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. I am based in Berlin, Germany, and sessions are typically available on weekdays during European business hours, approximately 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM Eastern Time (ET).
The session should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance and redeemed within 12 months of the auction date, subject to availability.)

Signed Copy of Authentically Yours follows Simona Pappalardo’s journey from global executive to courageous, values-driven leader. Spanning three continents and cultures, her story reveals how resilience, self-trust, and cultural awareness can turn transition into possibility and reinvention into power. When a pivotal moment asks her to choose between comfort and courage, she steps into a life lived on her own terms, defined not by titles or expectations, but by alignment, voice, and authentic leadership. At once deeply personal and universally
resonant, Authentically Yours is a roadmap for leaders, expatriates, and anyone who has ever wondered: What if success isn’t about fitting in but about finally showing up as who you are?
From the foreword: “There are many books on leadership, but few are as genuine and heartfelt as Authentically Yours: The Global Woman’s Guide to Confident, Cross-
Cultural Leadership. What makes this book stand apart from others is not just the insights on true leadership, but Simona’s passion and life mission behind it. For Simona, leadership isn’t a job; it’s who she is. It’s in her DNA. And as you read these pages, you’ll feel that authenticity come through.” - Jeff W. Miller (Ship within the United States)
