Sin Manual is a support group for first‑generation students who are carrying big responsibilities at home, school, and work. Together, we’ll talk openly about stress, identity, family expectations, and navigating college without a “how‑to” guide 🎓. Led by clinicians who understand first‑gen and Hispanic experiences, this group offers a consistent space to be heard, learn coping tools, and connect with others walking a similar path 🤝. Your voice and story are welcome here.
